EagleEye started with a frustration. After years working in enterprise IT and security, I watched regulated organizations — banks, manufacturers, critical infrastructure operators — struggle to answer a simple question: what software is running on our endpoints, who approved it, and can we prove that to an auditor?
The tools available were either US-built EDRs and MDMs that handled threats and device management but not governance evidence, or expensive GRC platforms that required an army of consultants and produced spreadsheets rather than real-time control.
NIS2, DORA, TISAX, and the EU AI Act are not going away. The regulatory pressure on EU mid-market organizations is increasing, and the window to get ready is closing. I built EagleEye to close the gap — not by competing with CrowdStrike or Intune, but by doing the one thing neither of them does: turning your software estate into a defensible, auditable, continuously maintained governance record.
LyzGuard GmbH is registered in Munich, Germany. Our infrastructure runs on Hetzner Cloud in Frankfurt. We are GDPR-native — not compliant-by-retrofit, but designed for EU data residency from the first line of code.
